Property Rental and Management

• Booking procedures, administration, check in and out, and cleaning -  *from £90 per week booked

• Garden maintenance (cutting lawn, strimming etc)- £15 per hour

Electricity Charges

• Cash received for electricity charges would be paid to you.

Water Charges

• You would be responsible for all water charges.

Laundry

• Laundry costs would be paid by you.

Consumables and
Welcome Pack

• You would be responsible for supplying these items.

Damages

• You would be responsible for repairs or replacements following damage by guests.

Gardening

• Light gardening work such as: weeding, planting, tending to hanging baskets and patio plants would be charged at an hourly rate of £15.

Property Maintenance

• Cleaning prior to your arrival, making up beds. Switching on the fridge and water heater - £90

Monthly Visits

• To check for leaks and/or damage - £100 per year

Gardening

• Light gardening such as: Lawn mowing, weeding, planting, tending to hanging baskets and patio plants would be charged at an hourly rate of £15.

• We can arrange for a pool expert to maintain your pool, costs depend on size and location
