• You may chose to advertise via your own site only, but it will take time for your site to become established on the internet.

Exterior Links

• It is important to establish links TO your website from other sites. These may be sites which have holiday notice boards, or information on holidays in France and so on. Again this takes time to develop, but you will move up in ranking on Google etc.

• There are some free agent sites who will add details of your property on their site and sometimes a link to your website too. They do not charge for this service and appear to make their money from ferry companies who have links on their agent sites.

• Some good websites charge an annual figure to advertise your property on their sites. If such sites offer a free trial, it may be worth trying and monitoring any enquiries you receive.
